Colleen Lowe has been a member of The Peggy Stancavage Team since 1992. She has been licensed professional since September 1993. She currently works as a Buyers Agent. Colleen Lowe attended Anne Arundel Community College and The University of Maryland Baltimore County. She has a Certificate in Communications Art Technology and is an avid photographer.

Marcie Stephenson joined Long and Foster Real Estate in 1999, and has consistently proven herself to be a valuable contributor to the success of the Severna Park sales office. Personable and versatile, she has been a licensed Real Estate professional since 1976, has consistently been a member of the Long and Foster President’s Club (recognizing exceptional sales performance), and also has prior experience in mortgage banking.
Marcie has deep roots in the community, has lived in Severna Park since moving here as a child, and, remarkably, has lived in the same home she grew up in as a child. She currently has two of her three sons attending Severna Park schools, graduating herself from Severna Park High School. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from Anne Arundel Community College, and has certification as a court stenographer.
When she is not busy attending to the needs of her family or performing her many real estate functions, Marcie manages to participate in extensive volunteer activities which include the Eastern Severna Park Swim League, Oakleigh Forest Swim Team, Severna Park Green Hornets and St. John the Evangelist School. In her free time, Marcie enjoys the beach and summer family trips to Cape Hatteras.
She is dedicated to helping each prospective buyer fulfill their dreams of home ownership as well as attending to the diverse requirements of the Team’s other clients. Her knowledge, background and competence are of benefit to anyone requiring assistance with any real estate transaction.
